HISTORICAL IMAGE: GENESIS AND TYPOLOGY

The purpose of this research is to scientifically research the issue of three types of historical images ideal historical images, real historical images and metaphorical historical images that play an important role in the artistic system of Alisher Navoi's "Khamsa". Accordingly, in the research, the aesthetic principles specific to the artistic interpretation of the same images within the five epics of "Khamsa" were analyzed in the context of world literature. Ideal historical images, their internal branching, the poetic significance of their repetition in five epics, their role in expressing the author's artistic goal and aesthetic ideal are discussed. The scope of poetic coverage, ethical and aesthetic status of the ideal historical image Muhammad alayhissalam from the point of view of the historical chronotope, which is the most frequently referred to in the work, is proved based on the analysis of specific quotes from the epics. In addition, the issue of compatibility between the images of Muhammad alayhissalam (r.a.) and other Prophets (a.s.), four great Companions (r.a.) whose names are mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, in terms of content and artistry, was specially discussed. Navoi's three great predecessors Nizami Ganjavi, Khusrav Dehlavi, Abdurahman Jami; The images of rulers Amir Temur, Mirza Ulugbek, Husayn Boygaro, Badiuzzamon, Shogarib Bahadir are interpreted as a real historical image, "author image", Khizr alayhissalam, Iskandar Zulqarnayn, etc., are interpreted as metaphorical types of historical images.
