DESIGNING TEACHING TECHNOLOGY IN PRACTICAL EDUCATION

The article presents a comprehensive scientific analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations for designing professionally oriented teaching technologies, their stages of practical implementation, and their role in the modern education system. The author substantiates effective mechanisms for fostering studentsʼ professional competencies, including precise goal-setting and the technologization of the didactic process within a person-centered approach. The study highlights how modular learning, independent work, and practical exercises contribute to the development of studentsʼ critical and creative thinking, while also enhancing their readiness for professional activity. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the necessity of designing pedagogical activities, structuring educational materials, and organizing goal-setting and assessment in accordance with a clearly defined algorithm. The humanization of professionally oriented education and the widespread adoption of student-centered interactive methods are presented as key priorities in contemporary educational reforms.
