This scientific article describes the history of the CEFR reference book, its development stages, and a comparative analysis of some cases of its translation and integration into other foreign languages, in particular into literary Arabic. The problems that arose as a result of the translation of the CEFR into other foreign languages, which is one of the goals of our scientific research, and their comparative analysis are studied. Also, the linguistic features and linguistic problems that arose in the integration of the CEFR and its content into the Arabic language, the views of scientific researchers and scientific conclusions on their elimination are presented. It is revealed that the CEFR criteria were studied on the basis of comparative analyses in English and Arabic. Scientific views are presented on the fact that taking into account the linguistic features of the CEFR in the process of adapting the Arabic language as a foreign language into the teaching system serves to accelerate the integration processes.
