This article examines the linguistic features of the text Temur Tuzuklari through historical-philological and linguopoetic approaches. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that this work possesses scholarly significance not only because of its political, legal, and moral-didactic content, but also due to its distinctive language structure, stylistic organization, terminological layer, and communicative-pragmatic orientation. The paper analyzes the lexical- semantic composition of the text, historical and archaic units, socio - political terminology, official stylistic formul as, syntactic constructions, and structures expressing command, instruction, and normative guidance, as well as linguistic devices that create parallelism, repetition, emphasis, and logical coherence. Particular attention is paid to normativity, categorica l expression, authorial stance, the pragmatic force of rulerʼs discourse, and the linguistic markers that determine the institutional nature of the text. The findings demonstrate that the language of Temur Tuzuklari represents a syncretic combination of hi storical state governance discourse, official-administrative style, and didactic-political speech. The results of the study may serve as an important theoretical and practical basis for further research in historical text linguistics, translation studies, discourse analysis, and linguistic stylistics.
