This research focuses on the properties, structures, and cognitive structures of formulaic utterances in English, Russian, and Uzbek, and the analysis uses corpora and cognitive linguistics frameworks. Formulaic expressions are stable, recurring, multi -word sequences with the properties of analytical wholes that allow such communication to take place and where culture and pragmatics are of great importance.
